|---|---|---|
| ER308L | A5.9 ER308L | ER308/308L is used for welding types 304, 304L, 308, and 308L stainless steels. It is very similar to type 308 but has a carbon content held to a max of 03% to avoid carbide precipitation. This product can also be used for welding types 321 and 347 stainless steels. |
| ER309L | A5.9 ER309L | ER309L is preferred over ER309 for cladding over carbon or low alloy steels, or dissimilar joints that are heat treated. |
| ER312 | A5.9 ER312 | ER312 is intended for welding stainless steels to mild steels and for welding high strength steels that are difficult to weld with ferritic electrodes. This wire also joins stainless steels where high strength or wear resistance is essential. |
| ER316 | A5.9 ER316L | ER316/316L is used for welding types 316 and 316L stainless steels. It has a maximum carbon content of .03% to reduce the possibility of formation of intergranular carbide precipitation. This low carbon alloy is not as strong as 316H at elevated temperatures. |
| E308T-1 | A5.22 E308LT1-1/-4 | Is an all-position flux-cored wire for single or multi-pass welds on stainless steels. |
| E309T-1 | A5.22 E309LT1-1/-4 | Is a titania type, all-position, flux-cored wire designed for MAG welding of low carbon 22%Cr-12%Ni stainless steels. It is also used for dissimilar weld joints between high strength, mild steels and low-alloyed QT-steels, stainless, ferritic Cr and austenitic Cr-Ni steels, manganese steels. |
| E316T-1 | A5.22 E316LT1-1/-4 | E316LT-1 is a flux cored wire for single or multi-pass welds on stainless steels. E316LT-1 is noted for its low spatter generation, excellent bead shape and appearance, and ease of slag removal. It has very good deposit efficiency when used for flat, overhead, vertical and fillet welds of medium and heavy thickness plates. |
| E410NiMoT-1 | A5.22 E410NiMoT1-1/-4 | A low carbon martensitic stainless steel that can be used for joining Type CA-6NM stainless steel castings as well as for joining Types 409, 410, 410S and 405 stainless steels. Provides better crack resistance than a 410-weld metal. Preheat of 300 degrees F is generally sufficient for crack free welds. |
